Even in case that guests have done their Online Check-In, when they arrive at the hotel, the reception will look for their reservation on Tablet, which is integrated with the PMS, and give it to guests to fill any missing details and signs digitally.
The hotel verifies on the tablet the daily arrivals.
When guest's reservation is found, Hotel hands the tablet to the Guest, who fills in the missing information, signs digitally and returns the tablet.
The fields can be customized by national or international guests.
Email, gender, ID/Passport with date of issue and expiration, birthdate, address, telephone, VAT number and vehicle plate
Once the Guests fills in all their data, they confirms and delivery the tablet to guests.
The reception must press "this process" during 3 seconds to unlock the "Confirm" button.
The hotel verifies the information and presses "Finalize" to finalize the check-in.
Automatically, Guest's data is saved into the PMS.
The hotel collects the guest's credit card details and gives the room key.
