The notification only indicate the existence of a new request. The details for each request must be visualised at the backoffice.
To provide to the platform your alert notification details, you must fill the file attached.
When you have the file fully filled, send it to our team - [email protected]
There are some details that you should be aware of, in order to be able to fill in the notification correctly:
- Fill the Alerts sheet (including Hotel Name and Country Code)
- To notify more than one e-mail address by alert level, split it with a comma
- You can set all alert types for the same minute
- It is not possible to alert the same number by SMS and Phone Call at the same minute
- Do not modified columns order
- It is not mandatory to fill all Notification type, you decide if you want to receive the alerts by Phone Call, SMS or E-mail.
