- Online Check-In - Guests can rate their Online Check-In experience
- Tablet Check-In - Guests can rate their Tablet Check-In experience
- Room - Guest can rate the room conditions after their Check In
- Stay - Guest can rate their hotel experience during stay
With Ratings solution, you can configure your value for a bad experience, on scale 1 to 5 stars.
If your guests rate their experience with a value lower or equal to the configured one, you will be immediately notified.
