When a new reservation comes into the PMS, three days before guests' arrival, an automatic e-mail is sent with an invitation to do the check-in online.
Once Guests have done the Online Check-In, the Hotel is notified and receives his Check-In request.
The Reception verifies Guests' information.
If everything is correct, must change the status from “New” to “Completed”.
Automatically, the guest and accompanying's information are updated on the PMS.
At Guest's arrival, the Hotel collects credit card's details and deliveries the room key to the Guest.
In case of the guests have not done the Online Check-In, when they arrive at the hotel, the reception will look for their reservation on PMS integrated Tablet and give it to guests to fill their details.
Hotel verifies on the tablet the daily PMS' reservations.
When guest's reservation is found, Hotel hands the tablet to the Guest, who fills the missing information, signs digitally and returns the tablet.
The hotel verifies the information at the tablet and press "Finalize" the check-in.
Automatically, Guest's data are saved into the PMS.
The hotel collects the guest's credit card details and gives the room key.
