The Hotel can easily create campaigns through the backoffice.
Depending on when you want to communicate with guests, the Hotel must access to the corresponding tab:
- Pre Stay
- During Stay
- Post Stay
To create a new Campaign press "Add New" and set the options on an easy way.
You can choose how do you want to notify guests, by E-mail or Push Notification, in case of having B-Guest app installed on their device.
An E-mail will be sent to your Guests according Campaigns settings.
Once a new campaign request arrives, the Hotel will be notified and manage the requests through the platform.
Clicking on the request, it will be possible to see more details.
The hotel will look for the availiability, and inform guest changing the status to "Check Availibilty".
Once the availability is confirmed, the hotel should change the Status to "Confirmed", being possible to add a message to guest.
