Once your Campaigns are "Active", guests will start to receive the communication.
Clicking on "Call to Action" button, in this case "Preferences", guests will be redirected to the WebApp and find out the Campaign's details.
Clicking on "Reserve", Guests will have the opportunity to share with the Hotel their preferences.
After finishing their reservation, Guests will receive the confirmation email.
Guests can follow the details of their requests downloading B-Guest app.
Guest receives Campaign's email or Push Notification.
Opening the Push Notification, Guests will be redirected to the Campaing overview.
Clicking on "Call to Action" button on e-mail, in this case "Preferences", Guests will be redirected to the app and find the Campaign's details.
Filling in the details and finalizing the reservation, Guests should click on "Reserve" and the request will be send to the Hotel.
Once requests are handled, guests will receive the confirmations through Push Notification and E-mail.
