When guests place requests, the hotel is notified by Phone Call, SMS and/or e-mail.
- The PhoneCall and SMS are informative messages
- The E-Mail notification has a link to the B-Guest Platform
- The Hotel will automatically be notified until the request has been handled
- When on the platform, it will ring a bell sound, notifying reception
All new items that are not handled will be on Notification tab
Clicking on it will be displayed the request details.
After having opened the request, the Hotel must change the status of the request to Started in the case of Room Service to "In Progress".
According to each service, the status will have the corresponding terminology.
Each time the Status is changed, Guests are notified by Push Notification on the App and via e-mail.
According to the requested Service, the hotel must change the status to the following one.
It is not mandatory to change status to the following one.
In case of being a reservation for Restaurant, and if the Hotel knows that there are tables available, the status can be changed to "Confirmed", avoiding going through all the status.
After changing the status of the orders, these are now available in the "Orders" tab and in the sub-tab corresponding to the state in which they are.
It is also possible to search for any request by Request number, Room, Guest info, Request type or Service, clicking on sub-tab Search on "Orders" tab.
