For Guests, the Concierge on App is the most intuitive and easy way to request services from Hotel.
When Guests want to do a new request using the App, they will do the following process:
On the last view, will be possible to see the corresponding descriptions, prices, availabilities and some images of products.
Clicking on the blue Bell button to order, below the product image, Guests will be taken to the finalize view.
Once the process to request is finalized, the Hotel will be notified.
As soon as the hotel handles requests made by guests, push or email notifications will be sent, with the request status information.
Every time the status of request is modified or a message is sent to Guests, they will receive the corresponding notification.
